Book Review: The Eagle Has Crashed by Ted Lacksonen

Haiti update from my brother

My brother, George is a Pastor in Fitchburg, Massachusetts and recently came back from helping out in Haiti.

I thought you all might like to see the video and so I am adding it here.

It is great to know that many, many Americans are there helping the Haitian people to recover from this horrible catastrophe.

Anyway, I thought you all would enjoy seeing the video!

Here is the video. BTW – my brother is the narrator.   Enjoy.

Determined to continue forward,

God Bless your brother for going to Haiti. Wish I could view
the video but don’t have fast speed. Hope you are feeling
    better.

Patricia – Awww…don’t you hate that when your computer isn’t fast enough! Here is a trick that might enable you to watch videos. Start the video, then pause it. Then go make a cup of tea, go to the bathroom, whatever for about 3 or 4 minutes. Come back and hit play and you should be able to watch the whole video without a problem. I have a slower connection as well and this trick works most of the time! :-)

Actually, I am still feeling pretty crummy. A friend of mine is bringing by some elderberry cocktail to see if that will help me kick this!

      How are you doing today?

I must know… what is elderberry cocktail?

Robyn – I’m not totally sure all that is in it, but the elderberry fruit is an anti-viral. So if you drink the cocktail, it wipes out viral ‘bugs’ if you will rather quickly. My friend’s son had mono, took the cocktail, and was back on his feet in 48 hours. I have heard many stories like this one.

At this point, anything is worth a try just to help me get over this thing.

I went and dug up some information on the elderberry juice for you. Here is the link

I am glad that this video was created because although it is very sad what happened to the people…..it is wonderful that many turned to Jesus and even became baptized. God is good.
