April 2012 ME Story: Laura Lipscombe

I almost missed this month's story.  I had so much going on I didn't realize today is the 12th of the month and a new Becoming VISIBLE 4ME story is up. That would have been a real shame, because this month's story, by Laura Lipscombe, is really impacting. Many of the feelings and situations...

De-stressing with photography

This week has been a really odd week. I have not had one day where I accomplished my goals.  In addition, I have been having pain because I need to go see the chiropractor but I can’t afford to do so this month.  With the wedding being just three (3) months away, money is tight.  I also had to up my budget to switch Dekker to a raw diet and put him on his own herbal products.  My word did he react well to his new routine.  He looks great!

When I need to relax or de-stress after a hectic week…

I will usually find myself taking photos.  I don’t know why it is so calming but I really enjoy it.  You all seemed to love the bridge so I went back and took some more shots just for you.  I also captured a couple photos of my secret place that Dekker and I hang out (you know the one  where Dekker had to ‘pull’ me out!  ha ha), as well as, a couple new photos of my favorite round building.

**To ensure my blog loads quickly, I used thumb nails.  If you click on them they will open up to a larger photo and you can see them much better.  Just hit the return button on your computer and the photo will close and return you to the column of photos.

Renee – I have been thinking about you a lot lately. I hope you are improving daily. I’m glad you enjoyed those two photos. Did any of the herbs I take look like something you might consider talking to your doctor about?

These photos must be very near your home – Wow – where you live
in Tulsa is so pretty. The walkway down the bridge lit in
sunlight made me feel like jumping into that photo and going
for a delightful walk. Walking in my well days was one of my
    greatest pleasures.
